Probe results

A fast failure (a few milliseconds, no bytes) is the fingerprint of an LNA pre-send block; a slow failure points at ordinary network/DNS trouble.

What this page can and can't see

Can determine: whether Chrome's LNA blocks the embedded app, whether the delegation policy is active (read directly from the iframe's permissions policy — no network needed), whether an address-space override or origin allowlist is doing the work, and your exact Chrome/OS version.

Cannot see (browser-sandboxed — use the manual checks): the resolved IP address, whether Zscaler is on the path, chrome://policy values, or the browser command line. To confirm those: chrome://policy (filter LocalNetwork), chrome://version (search Command Line for local-network), and nslookup api.platform.athenahealth.com.
